What do your prices include?

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Price include insurance, breakdown cover and unlimited mileage.

Can I leave my car with you?

Yes we have facilities for leaving you vehicle with us during your hire periods.

Can I return the vehicle out of normal opening hours?

Yes, but only by prior arrangement.

Can I take the vehicle overseas?

Yes, please ask for a quotation for European travel.

Can I hire a vehicle if I have points on my licence?

Depending on the nature of offence and driver age, please call us for details.

Can I extend my hire time?

Yes, but you must notify us prior to extension & payment taken at that time. Vehicles not returned within the specified time will be deemed to have been stolen. Appropriate recovery steps will be taken.

Do you hire sack trucks?

Yes, please see our ‘Optional Extras’ page for details.

Do you provide moving boxes?

No.

Do you deliver vehicles?

Only account holders can have their vehicle delivered by prior arrangement.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, but there is a supplement for this, please see our ‘Optional Extras’ page.

What is the fuel policy?

We ask you to return the vehicle to us at the same level as when you collected, or you will be charged for any shortfall. We will not reimburse you for any excess fuel left in the vehicle.

What is CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)?

CDW reduces your excess from £850 to £150.

Do you supply Tow Bars?

Yes, we do.

What is the minimum hire period?

The minimum hire period is 24 hours.

When do weekend rates apply?

Weekend rates apply from 4pm on Friday until 9.30am on Monday.
