West Berkshire Van Hire is based in Newbury, just 5 minutes from J13 of the M4.

We provide a fast and professional van, minibus and car hire service, for both private and commercial customers.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and in providing a high standard of service, offering vehicles at very competitive prices.

All cars and vans are fully insured with full AA/RAC cover, and can be rented on a short or long-term basis.

Check the vehicles details to ensure that you have the correct driving licence and are also old enough to hire.
Book on-line or by telephone, selecting the dates and times you want the vehicle to and from.
Arrive at or depot on the booked day to collect your vehicle, with your driving licence and a printout of the DVLA Licence Check, obtainable from the DVLA website: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
If a printout is not possible, please provide the exact licence check code.
We also require two proofs of address and a debit or credit card for payment.
A member of our staff will run through the use of the vehicle with you.
When you are finished you must REFUEL, please see our fuel policy in Terms and Conditions.
Return the vehicle to the depot and hand the keys to a member of staff on reception (this must be within our opening hours).
